Springboard is a great event for emerging and established brands alike. For emerging brands or those new to franchising, it is a great opportunity to meet others that are in the same stage of growth as you and form those relationships early on. Additionally, you get to meet those more established in franchising who are more than happy to share anything you need. For franchise vets, it is an opportunity to give back and repay the favor that we all got at some point in our franchise career by helping the newcomers. In those conversations, you always learn new things as well. It is also a good time to connect with other established zors/zees/suppliers to share current challenges and help each other.
